Shilo Med was founded by Christina Garcia, who brings over 18 years in the medical aesthetics field along with a background in business administration, accounting, and information systems. After years inside the industry, she kept seeing the same pattern: talented leaders doing meaningful work while navigating a maze of regulations alone.
So she built something different, not a template service, not a once-a-year checklist, but a true partnership. From Standard Operating Protocols and Medical Director binders to OSHA and HIPAA compliance, consent forms, and evidence-based treatment protocols, the work is tailored to each state's rules, each practice's service menu, and each Medical Director's standards. In a single year, that reach grew from one state to 39.
